A bid buys a placement: the right to have your brand shown on the screen while you hold the highest position. It is not an advertising contract, not a guarantee of audience, and not a purchase of any asset. You keep the placement until another bidder takes it or we remove it under these terms.
Placement fees are not refunded when you are outbid. Losing the position is the normal and expected outcome, not a failure of the service. We will refund where we remove your placement for reasons other than your own breach of these terms, where a technical fault on our side prevented the placement from being shown, or where the law requires it. Request a refund at hello@lettheworld.com.
There is no element of chance. Position is decided entirely by the amounts bid, every position and price is public, and no prize is awarded at random. You are buying visibility at a price you choose.
You must be 18 or older and able to enter a contract. You must bid as yourself or as someone authorised to represent the brand you submit. Do not bid using a payment method that is not yours.
You are responsible for everything you submit: name, copy, links, images, video and audio. You must own it or be licensed to use it. Do not submit anything that is:
We may remove a placement that breaches this at any time, without notice, and may refuse future bids from you. Where we remove a placement for breach, the fee is not refunded.
The service is provided as it is. We do not promise a particular audience size, uptime, or that any placement will be seen by any number of people. We may pause, reset or end a session, and we may change the mechanics, with notice where reasonably possible.
Payments are processed by Dodo Payments as merchant of record. Raising a chargeback instead of contacting us first may result in your account being closed. We may hold funds where we suspect fraud.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost sales or reputational harm.
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date and, where we have your email, sent to you. These terms are governed by the laws of [[JURISDICTION]].
